Only TWO practices may be missed so adjust your work schedule accordingly.

See Pageant Directors for prearranged absences.

BRING ALL STAGE SHOES TO EACH PRACTICE!!!

Please remember that each practice has a purpose and if that practice is missed, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to fulfill the requirements before the missed practice.  Of course there are unusual circumstances that will be dealt with individually by the Pageant Directors.

If any contestant needs to be late for a practice and makes prior arrangements it will not be considered one of the two missed practices.

Each practice is divided into stations so please hold any paperwork until the designated time during practice it is requested.  There will be specific crew members to perform specific jobs so waiting until the designated time makes it easier for everyone and prevents paperwork/pictures becoming lost or misplaced.
